        Radiant credit union has been great. They respond to me, answer my questions and help when it is needed. For the past 2 months since I have been with them I have had no service fees. My last bank was robbing me blind. It seemed like they were inventing things to charge me for and would not work with me. With Radiant I may have to travel a longer distance but it is definitely worth every mile!

        Radiant has literally made our lives easier from the start! They have helped with loans and refinancing and the customer service is phenomenal!! Jonathan Clayton in the lending department has been so helpful and Thomas Jackson the interim branch manager in the Alachua branch took customer service to another level and went above and beyond to help us as well on a time limited no less!! Thank you all for your excellent customer service and over all great services!!
