Kevin is amazing and one of the best I have ever dealt with. Amazing knowledge on the devices, and promos. You can tell hes one that enjoys his job and a great representative of TCC/Verizons. If you go into this location ask for him. You can ask for Kelvin as well, he worked with me on my previous trade in and great rep for the company!

Kevin was great. He helped me pick out a new phone, set it up for me, transferred all my settings and got me on my way in about an hour. Great experience. Will definitely go back if I have any problems
