Very RUDE bald-headed black woman with blonde hair. I walked up to her, asking for the sales price on item. She told me what I saw was the sale price, even though the other items had original price and a sticker with sales price. She walked away from me, telling her manager to deal with "that" calling me a "that." the young, black manager was nice, but clearly intimidated by her coworker's behavior. I was indeed right, the sales price was not on the item. I wanted the pants but left. This woman needs to be FIRED. Everything you DO NOT want your sales rep to be!

This is one of my favorite clothing stores to shop, for great wear. I can always find something to my liking, to try on and purchase. Their customer service is so welcoming and accomodating. And they have fantastic sales. I love Ann Taylor!!

If I could give this place zero stars, then I would! I was in here the other day, but the staff was absolutely rude and could not give me a straight forward answer as to the questions I asked them. The fitting room staff was almost never there and when they were, they were very cold-shouldered. They did not greet me when I came in nor when I left the store. Nothing looked sanitized, as they advertised. I will not be shopping at this location again. I can see why they are slow. The service is horrible! I recommend Connecticut Ave if you want better service but still love the brand. Absolutely laughable what they consider management!!
