        The office staff fails to take accountability when theyve done something wrong. I am a patient here. The office has failed to properly complete ADA papers three times so far and as a consequence, I will be terminated from my employer by Thursday this week.

        Before writing this review, I have been calling by phone for three weeks, and I sent a message to the doctor through patient portal and none answers the phone and none answer my message, Please call me and then I can erase this review . I need to talk about my medicines.

        Dr Guzman is patient, collaborative, and honest with me. I've always been treated with respect and dignity by Andromeda staff (esp. the woman who answers the phone - Jackie?). I can't recommend them enough!

        I have UNSUCCESSFULLY tried to speak with Dr. Martin regarding the failing health my Mother for over two weeks now. The service level is less than inadequate and this business should be immediately closed. BEWARE THEY ARE NOT IN THE HEALTH BUSINESS. From wrong numbers to blaming the patient for their incompetence.
