Sold me a lemon. Made a down payment for a 2011 Sonata. The salesman flaked on me during the day of the purchase. They refused to refund even though it didn’t say any of that on the contract. Got into verbal altercation with a sales man and the owner. There was crumbs of food in the car the day I took it off of the lot, it was obvious the employees were driving the cars around at their own leisure. Had to pay over $2000 in repairs due to a failed inspection. Overall unprofessional establishment. Bad business all together, don’t look their way at all.

I looked at a truck being sold by Bob's Motors and was interested in buying it. The salesman agreed to bring the truck to my mechanic in Frederick MD to have it checked. We agreed I would buy the truck if no issues were found. The truck was MD inspected so the salesman was confident there would be no issues. Unfortunately Bob's Motors chose to sell the truck the night before they were suppose to bring it to my mechanic. We had an agreement and they chose not to honor it because they were able to sell the truck for more money than they quoted me. Not very professional.
