Dr. McNair has been my dentist for over eight years. I love coming to his office; he offers a relaxation chair, the ambience is soothing with great blues & jazz music playing in the background. The dental work I've received has been great. From the teeth pulling to getting new dentures Doc takes extra pride in his work. He relates to patients on a personal connection.

I was scheduled for an appointment with Dr. McNair, and I guess this practice is going for a 'Mom 'n Pop Shop' vibe in a residential home which is fine, but the outside of the facility is in disrepair to the extent I almost didn't even go up to the door. There is a large shipping container along side the home (with vents and electrical running to it), the front porch is cluttered with recycling and an exercise bike, the front gate is broken, and everything had a thick layer of dust and dirt on it. Not to mention the torn up/broken sidewalk directly in front of the home, which I understand is not their fault, but makes it hard to even access the gate. To be clear, I can't speak to actual services rendered because no one ever let me in the door or answered the doorbell, but I am choosing to go elsewhere for my dental care.
