The customer service employees are working from home and don't know how to help people or return phone calls. Most of the time they answer the phone and tell me they can't help me but I have a court date in DC and a court order in another state, but this child support office won't help me and attorneys in DC keep telling me to call them so they can help me and they won't they getting paid to answer the phone to play games with people and need to be in the office where management is watching them and can get transferred to supervisors
