        Visiting Washington DC for the first time, popped In here to grab some jeans. The workers here are unfriendly, not helpful, unprofessional. They have no working escalators, the slowest elevator imaginable as well. Terrible experience. Never coming here again!

        Macy's was busy repairing escalators to their 2nd floor. They expect customers to use a tiny lift, there are no stairs. The selection is limited, prices not limited. A bad experience.
