        Nice location and atmosphere. I got the Monomoy sandwich which was roast beef on toasted Italian sub roll with provolone and au jus dip. Came out hot and was a good value.

        Jetties was a staple when I was in college at nearby GW, and its the first stop I make when I visit D.C. These sandwiches are well worth the money, filling, and flavorful. Recommend the Heath cookie as well!

        This was my first time at Jetties and I specifically went there to order in person versus online, only to find that they require you to order online from one of three giant screens! Im vegan so I custom ordered the sconset- as I bit into it I was disappointed by my $14 average sandwich. I suggest jetties invent their own vegan specialty at that price using tempeh and other vegan delights to jazz it up and make it worthwhile. Wont be going back until thenreply to owners comment: you didnt even read my review- I DID order the sconset

        The salads and sandwiches are good. The problem is that twice now, on 2 separate occasions myself and a friend have had bugs in our salad. When it happened to me and I called and asked for a refund and the person didnt seem to really know how to do it. Im not sure if I ever got the refund. Today when it happened to my friend, we went back and showed them in person and got her a refund. Its just concerning that this is clearly not a 1 off and now I worry that they dont properly wash their produce before serving.
