I visit a few times a week and they offer reliable, consistent phenominal panini samiches. Great value for any DC visitor too.

After a long morning at the Portrait Gallery, my friends and I decided to stop here for lunch as Shake Shack was jam packed at the time. It was just a small little sandwich shop that was supposed to satisfy. Normally I do pro/con lists for reviews, but I can't do it for Amarini Panini. Everything about this place just felt average. The food was fine, but not great. The portions were alright. And the service was really just talking to a cashier so they did a fine job of that. It's not the cheapest for what you get, but it's as expected for a place in DC. If you really want a sandwich, you're free to stop by, but the experience won't blow you away or disgust you. It will just fill your stomach.
