My husband and I were looking for the perfect rug for our new great room. We found it at Doris Leslie Blau. It is one of their Swedish rugs called a flat weave. It is a lovely vintage piece which was perfect to soften its contemporary setting. We absolutely love it and it was surprisingly affordable.

We purchased one of the Tibetan Rugs from Doris Leslie Blau and we are very happy with it. The distinctive geometric pattern sets it apart from any other rugs we have seen. Everyone who visits remarks about it before anything else in our home. We have recommended this particular rug store to several of our friends.

We always wanted one of the oriental rugs at Doris Leslie Blau but we wanted to wait until our home renovations were done. Finally the time came and we visited the rug store in Washington DC. We were shown every style and age of antique rugs imaginable. We finally decided on a highly patterned Persian Sultanabad. It has deep blues and reds that make the entire room a showplace. We will be back soon for some smaller antique rugs for the other areas of our home.
