Phil and his team made buying a house in a new country a breeze. I have recently moved from Germany to the DC area. With the help of Phil I was able to not only find the perfect house for me within two weeks of searching, I was also able to close within 4 weeks thanks to all the efforts of him and his team. Given the horror stories we'd heard about trying to successfully purchase a house in the DMV market, my husband and I were really skeptical that we would be able to A) find a house that worked for us and B) submit a winning offer. With Phil's help, we found an amazing house in our target neighborhood, decided to put in an offer, and were successful! Thanks for his intimate knowledge of the local market, Phil was able to guide us through each step to creating a winning offer that still protected our interests (eg: not waiving key clauses).
