I had a very positive experience with Dr. Bremer. During my approximate 14 sessions with her, she intuitively seemed to know how to apply the appropriate level of guidance/interpretation at certain times, and to just listen at other times, which allowed me to recognize things on my own as I opened up. During the actual four months of therapy I was experiencing small self-awareness moments here and there, which were helpful. However, what I later realized, about a year after therapy, was that she had put in place a system of thought patterns that eventually congealed into some very meaningful "A-Ha" moments for me which were even more helpful!
