Cancellation policy is completely inflexible and doesnt take into account that life unexpectedly happens. Was fined because my two toddlers had school canceled due to the snow and I had to instead take care of them. I guess CCCC would have preferred I left my two kids unsupervised for an hour so that they could still collect their money.

I'm only just now reading the reviews and it seems like many others have had experiences similar to mine. I wish I read the reviews sooner and made the decision to stop coming here sooner. My provider was often late to our sessions by 10-15 minutes. Only after being seen for nearly 8 months did they tell me that my appointments had been scheduled at the wrong time (my appts were scheduled for 5pm but I guess she had another client before me that went until 5:15pm). This was not communicated to me until after seeing her every other week for some 8 months, and even then the scheduling issue was never fixed. For so many sessions I logged on at 5pm and just sat there waiting. That's a lot of time and frustration I could have had back if the appts were simply made at the right time. I completely agree with others who have expressed concern over CCCC's lack of flexibility around their cancellation policy. I completely understand that medical providers need to create a system to deter folks from no-showing and costing them money, but I've never experienced a provider with such a strict and UNCLEAR policy. I was once late to a session and when I tried to join, I was told that my therapist was already with another client (how does that even work?) so I couldn't have my session. Then I was charged a $100 late cancellation fee. I was not the one who cancelled and had every intention of joining the session. When I tried to inquire about it, I got little help from my provider or the billing department. 0/10 would not recommend.
