The team is exceptionally friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to fulfill your needs. Whenever I've encountered maintenance issues, they've been prompt in resolving them and incredibly easy to communicate with.         Terrible in terms of maintenance, they never answer calls in an emergency in the apartment, they take too long to fix any damage and I think there is not one person in charge of the maintenance of the building, it is terrible to see those apartments at 6401 14st not knowing who to contact in a water leak emergency or anything else that requires immediate attention
