I came to District Performance & Physio after suffering a sudden knee injury a month before my first half-marathon. I felt pretty defeated and very uncertain about my chances of completing this run. But with the expertise and support of my PT Ariella and student in training Julyana, I crossed that finish line! They set up custom workout programs tailored to me which were easily available and updated via an app on your phone. They are also very responsive through text and email. After experiencing some pain the week before my run, I reached out to District P&P through text and Ariella called me that same day. They really do care about their clients and the personal touch and kindness they show really shines. Pro-Tip: Try to have at least one session with their official greeter Olivia the golden retriever. Shes the BEST!

Fay is patient and kind. She continues to look for exercises that work. I have noticed improvement with my back since working with her.

This is an excellent physical therapy office. TJ is very thorough and intentional at each visit. He helped me in my recovery from a chronic tendonitis issue. Before some time off and the injury, I was a competitive track and field athlete, and thanks to TJ I am once again chasing my goals. I highly recommend District Performance & Physio.

I was training for a marathon and felt some pain in my ankle about 3 weeks prior to the race. I contacted District Performance and Physio based on the recommendation of friends and I couldnt be happier. Fay worked with me to quickly diagnose the problem and develop exercises to help strengthen my ankle. While the goal was to get the discomfort to at least a level that would be manageable over 26.2 miles, my body responded well and all my ankle pain was gone before the marathon. I was able to run a pain-free marathon PR and Fay and District Performance and Physio deserve a lot of credit for helping me achieve that!
