The pharmacist, Andy Negash, here is incredibly rude and incompetent. They are consistently understaffed and miserable. Today was a new low. I waited in line for 10 min at the drive through with no one in front of me. When I finally got someone on the call, the pharmacist told me I didnt have a prescription ready. I told him I was texted yesterday that my prescription was ready and he said well youll need to call your doctor to get another prescription. Then I said No! I dont because he already sent one yesterday and why would I get a text from CVS letting me know its ready if it wasnt? He hung up on me! I then had to go into the CVS on foot. Wait in line again for 10 min. This time a woman searched for me with my phone number. Turns out I had two accounts in their system and my prescription was ready. The pharmacist could have done minimal problem solving to see why this issue occurred before hanging up on me.

Lady at the pharmacy wouldnt use the mic or open the window so I could barely hear hear when she was asking questions. Was unprofessional and would not give me information on why my name was not in the system when my doctor had sent the meds. The other man she eventually called over was very helpful but he seemed overwhelmed.

My partner and I went here for a PCR covid test and both of them came back the next day saying unable to process. The drop box for the samples was outside in the sun - whole thing seemed off. Messed up our travel plans.

Theyre perpetually understaffed. Its one thing when you have to wait for an Rx you take all the time, but when its time to get meds for your sick kid, you just want to go to a pharmacy that isnt so underwater that they cant answer the phone or check their voicemails for hours on end.
