My prescription arrived right at closing time. Despite this, the pharmacist stayed late to fill it. Excellent customer service!

0 stars. As a prescriber, I left a voicemail to call in a prescription. I then called the next day to check on the status, and they reported to not have received it. So I did it over the phone with a male pharmacist. A few hours later, my patient called and they told them no prescription was ever called in. This is my third time on the phone with them. I just called back, and they had no note of the prescription. The woman on the phone isnt sure what happened. Patients, this pharmacy is awful do not blame your prescribers!

Not only is this the worst pharmacy Ive ever had the displeasure of going to, the pharmacist is also one of the worst employees Ive ever seen in any capacity. He seems to relish in moving as slowly, speaking as rudely, and being as unhelpful as possible. Theyre definitely understaffed, and the other staff is great, but using this pharmacy is a nightmare and the pharmacist doesnt seem to care in the slightest. Go to any other pharmacy in the DMV
