1. Your doctor sends the prescription.
2. Safeway never calls you, never tells you to come pick it up. You go in person and they say they cant find it.
3. They inexplicably find it after insisting they dont have it. You wait 15 minutes at a minimum for them to fill it. Sometimes they will also insist that they dont have your insurance on file.
3a. If you dont have any shopping to do while you wait, the women there will shoot you nasty looks for loitering in the general area and insist you go away and come back later.
4. After waiting an eternity, you receive your prescription.
5. The prescription they give you is incorrect.
This is the standard procedure EVERY TIME I have come here. Go elsewhere.
