My trainer was not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled but also incredibly patient and supportive. They tailored the session to my fitness level and goals, pushing me just enough to challenge me without overwhelming me. The attention to detail and personalized feedback truly elevated the experience, leaving me feeling motivated and inspired to continue my boxing journey. If youre serious about improving your skills and reaching your fitness goals, I cant recommend the personalized training sessions with Greg enough!

    One of the best trainers in DC! I have been training with Greg for about 4 months. Ive really enjoyed working out with him and he helped me get much stronger. Greg is knowledgeable and puts together amazing workouts that are tailored to your body and abilities. He is also super flexible when it comes to setting training times.
