City Kabob & Curry House -2 (D.C)

The staff was extremely hospitable and welcoming, reminded me of home and the food was delicious. Exactly how Pakistani food tastes like. They even gave us complimentary chutneys and raita and chicken pakoras as well. Very Vegan and vegetarian friendly place. Very authentic and fresh food. I would love to go again and as many times as I can. Yassir helped my friends pick out menu items and made sure we were well taken care of at all times.

My partner and I order for the first time today from this place. We had the tikka masala and lamb vindaloo. When my partner tried it they started to feel a tingle. We called and talk to Muhammad to ask if there were nuts in the meals and he said there may be. I asked to speak to a superior but he said he was the only one there and the only superior. His response was very rude, unapologetic, and made NO effort to accommodate. Luckily we ordered off of DoorDash and got a refund. He also said a note would be made to put the allergy description pertaining to the meals after I insisted. So, if youre reading this and that hasnt been implemented I would be highly concerned with where you put your money. On top of that the food was bland. For clarity Im giving this place a 0 out of 5 stars. Dietary restrictions: Not reliable and safe information

Came here with my dad for lunch and had the City Kabob. The staff was very nice, my dad was hangout and they brought out the chickpeas and bread in advance for us to eat. The lunch platter was huge and so worth it. Super Yummy, especially the bread. They really took care of us and it was a memorable experience. I look forward to returning.
