I am fingerprinted frequently for contract jobs; the fingerprint person is typically very deliberate and careful to roll fingers correctly and place on the card (it's not the most difficult job). This woman sloppily completed my fingerprints, and when I questioned if they would be sufficient, she rudely snapped, "they're fine." They were not "fine", as they were rejected due to the "qualitative characteristics" (i.e. the FBI couldn't read them) and need to be redone. Sidenote: this office was absolutely filthy and disgusting, and this woman was unprofessional and inept.

My fingerprints were not done correctly and were done so poorly that they were denied and I need to pay again to have them retaken. I will find another service.

Called to set appointment the following day, she asks that I call if I need to cancel. Okay. Arrive for appointment. No one there. I call and she tells me, 'oh something came up, I can't do it today.' Thanks for letting me know. Extremely unprofessional. Plenty of other options, don't bother with this one.
