Called to make airline reservations, 1st call representative said no flights out of Gainesville. 2nd call had information from website but had questions. All representatives have heavy accent. I booked a flight and when I got email confirmation my departing flight was PM and I told her am. 3rd call said they could not change morning flight was booked offered several more l flights for $100 more. Told to cancel it was just couple hours after placed and gave me a hard time. Will never use again

AARP life insurance through New York Life is a joke. I am a 60 year-old male who had corrective surgery a few years ago I am healthier now than I was 10-20 years ago. I was denied modest life insurance because I had had the corrective surgery no consideration for the fact that Im healthier precisely because I had the surgery. I cant be the only senior who has had health hiccups this is AARP after all. Ridiculous!
