Steve Dean was great. I am in California, and we listed my dad's coop in Southwest DC with Steve. He was very helpful in navigating TOPA. Once our tenant left, Steve helped in locating a contractor to renovate the coop. Steve coordinated with the contractor as I was 2500 miles away. They did an excellent job. Although most units for sale in the Tiber Island complex were on the market for several months or longer, Steve had an offer within a couple weeks of listing. Steve then did an excellent job of handling all of the work to get the sale to close in a short time. I would highly recommend Steve Dean to list and sell your property.

My husband and I couldn't be more thankful to Eddie and Steve for finding us our second residence in DC. It took us several months to find the one after numerous showings. We were pretty particular with our requirements and they were very patient with us. They were not pushy one bit just to make a sale unlike other agents. Matter of fact they were forthcoming on pointing out flaws that we would've missed on the property. Their institutional knowledge of the District, having been residents of the area themselves for so long, helped so much in our selection process. And we loved their stories and experiences of living in the District , the good and the bad :) Steve and Eddie are thorough and were really there for us guiding us through the entire process especially during the offer all the way to closing. We were lucky to have them as our agents in DC and we HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for their home in DC.

I worked with Steve and Eddie both as a (prospective) buyer and as a seller. They were great in both capacities. As a buyer, they were patient and very well informed, and also steered me away from a mistake even though it wouldve benefited them. That is huge. As a seller they were again very patient and well informed and went above and beyond in helping with things. I cant recommend them enough.

You cant go wrong retaining Steve Dean and Eddie Rangel to sell your DC area Condo or house. They sold our Condo in a month at Harbour Square in Dc for a good price. They made the whole process easy and efficient for us even though we live in WV. Always responsive and professional from beginning to end. Highly highly recommended!!!
