Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible, you had to go through stair cases. Unless there is another entrance, the one I saw wasnt wheelchair accessible.

It took an hour and a half to get our food and the customer service could be better. Food was good but overpriced

I asked for two things and they gave me 3 and they put three in my check. I will have no problem paying for 3 things if I had asked for them. However, I didnt ask for them. Therefore, I should only pay for two things according to law I had no clue what this two things consisted of so of course Im going to consume what I am given based on what I asked. The lady that I tried to explain this to very much dismissed and miss handle the situation. They are lucky I am a nice person and let this slide someone else wouldve been very upset. Calling this place fine dining and lacking hospitality is such a disgrace to Kenyan/ African culture . You guys need to work on doing better, maybe turn down the music so you can hear your customers. I was not the only person at the table that got wrong orders and late orders. It took 3 hours to get food. I could get more culturally appropriate and finer, dining and experience at a a local or smaller restaurant. You guys have something great going for you so dont let lack of training or club like atmosphere mess up such a beautiful idea. Because thats what it is right now. A beautiful idea not yet fine dining.
