        I have two bad experiences in a row at Potbelly's at 1299 Pennsylvania. The service was slow with no customers. The sandwich - a wreck - with lettuce, tomato and mayo was cold. And it was expensive ($14). The website for the store does not work and I called Potbelly's customer service and they no longer answer the phone. I think it is the location. The store near the National Archives metro was really excellent. UPDATE: The location's manager called me the next day to follow up. And I appreciate that, but that does not change the food quality issues.

        Coming from Denmark, we were hungry as we had been walking from the Arlington Memorial. Came in and they helped us choose menu and brought us some very tasty sandwiches. Friendly employees, with a smile. Cosy atmosphere. Will definitely visit again.
