        I've had my share of AUTHENTIC pho down in Texas where I'm from (Houston, to be exact, where the Vietnamese restaurants are operated by VIETNAMESE people, including the kitchen), and the pho here was very disappointing. The broth tasted like it was store-bought (and so, the broth tasted like salt water), the beef was RAW (which means that the broth wasn't hot enough to cook the beef through), the taste was mid (i had to drench the pho in hosin and siracha for it to have some kind of flavor), and overall, the pho was very underwhelming. Not worth the prices they charge. On a positive note, this is a nice joint to go and have a drink--hip vibe, cool drinks, music playing in the bar area, etc. Nevertheless, there's hardly anything authenticly Vietnamese about this place, especially with regards to the food. Y'all should consider changing "Vietnamese" to "Vietnamese-inspired" or something.
