    I did an Uber Eats order just to have them deliver the wrong order. This isnt the first time this location either gave me incorrect items or an incorrect order. I dont know why its so difficult to ensure youre giving the delivery person the right order.

    I'm a huge fan of Wawa but I hate going to this location because there's always 8 to 10 scooters parked outside. It only means one thing, all the tables inside Wawa are parked by the scooters' owners diddling away on their phones not eating nor drinking anything from Wawa. My DeafBlind partner and I had to stand and wait for some time to pass before we could get a table to eat the food we ordered from Wawa. This happened twice before and again today. If you see this many scooters outside of this Wawa, either avoid or expect to order Wawa take-out to eat at work or elsewhere. You're not gonna get a spot on the tables unless you're single. The employees need to do better on making sure the non-customers move so Wawa customers with disabilities can be able to sit at a table!

    I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the current state of one of your establishments. As a business owner myself, it pains me to see the reputation of a company I decline due to poor management and customer service. During my recent visits to Wawa, I have been appalled by the deplorable and disgusting atmosphere inside the establishment. It is disheartening to witness a place I once enjoyed deteriorate into an environment where homeless individuals roam freely, often numbering as many as six inside the store at any given time. These individuals are not only disrupting the peace but also creating an uncomfortable and unsanitary environment for customers.Furthermore, the lack of action from your staff in addressing these issues is concerning. Customer service should be a top priority for any business, yet I have observed a notable lack of effort in maintaining a welcoming and clean environment for patrons. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and restore the reputation of your business. Customers should feel safe and comfortable when visiting.
