I joined a group after a performance at the venue. When the server came by, I asked him to come back for a couple of questions because he had a tray of drinks for the table. He did not come back, and the few times he did, he never came back to the other side where I was and I even tried to get his attention. I waited well over 20 minutes and still got no service. I went to the bar to find he was also working there. I told him directly after he asked me what he could get me, that I already waited over 20 minutes because he had ignored me at my table and that I wanted another bartender. But frankly, by this time I was not interested in getting anything because of the complete lack of customer service. They may have the QR codes that allow you to purchase, but if I want take out and no interaction with servers, I could go to Wawa. I hope management takes the time to train their servers so that they learn how to take care of customers and not to ignore them.

One of our favorite places to go to in foggy bottom. Has the feel of a local bar, but has upscale food for slightly above average. I love the fact that we can order from our table in the food automatically and close out our bill all through of the QR. My favorite thing here is the seared sesame seed tuna salad. Parking: Plenty of street parking around the area, but it is not cheap as d.c. hourly rates are around $3. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access to the main floor and outside, but not the back patio.
