Worst Chipotle ever I ordered my food in advance for pickup. I stood in front of the cashier and waited forever for her to ask me what I needed. She said my order wasn't ready. I waited 15 minutes and she never called me I went up and she gave me a order that was completely wrong. I heard another girl complaining that last time her order was missing items and she couldn't get a refund. They were out of a couple things. They remade my order and I had guac which they were out of and they didn't even try to replace it until I said something. I don't really blame the people on the line because they made my order but the cashier definitely needed more training. I was in there for 30min and I ordered my food at 8:30pm for pickup at 9:10pm didn't get out till 9:45pm

My co-workers went to Chipotle to pick up over 100 dollars worth of food so many orders. She went with another co worker to pick up the order. Upon arriving to the pick up station she notice a young lady suspiciously reaching for some of the bags that were meant for my coworkers to pick up. My co worker kindly said. "hey that is my order". The young lady proceeded to take four bags and run out the store with them. The workers at the register said "she running away with your order" and DID NOT accommodate co-workers or help in any way. Therefore, my co worker proceeded to run after young lady and get the four bags back. We work in fast pace environment in healthcare. This shouldn't have ever took place to begins with . My coworkers could got assaulted, robbed, or etc. Better management is needed at this store. WE WILL NOT EVER GO BACK THERE.
If the regional manger reads this hire security better staff!!!!!

I'm not sure if this store is staffed by some sort of program for the mentally disabled, but there's about a 75% chance they get your order wrong. And I'm not talking about small changes on a burrito, these guys consistently forget entire order items. I'd avoid it at all costs, hopefully management changes or this place just dies so we can get something competent in its place.
