I have been with this program for over 3 years now but they do absolutely nothing to help other than pushing Psych pills. The management, case managers, and even the Psychiatrists and therapists are very rude, condescending, and unprofessional and do absolutely nothing to help their clients...they are in this business to collect the big-government Medicaid and Medicare Insurance checks in the name of treating and helping the most vulnerable people with an illness. DC and Fed government needs to do an audit. Stay very far away from them and you'll thank me later.

One star is still being generous, only because they throw you a bone here or there, but don't truly help you. They just do enough to appear to help you but keep you "anchored" in place, just so it gives the illusion of success. Fine if you enjoy countless phone calls to your so-called case manager that seldom get returned, chasing doctors around just to get on their schedule and waiting for everything. These are the most inept people I've ever worked with so it is my recommendation that if you want something done right, you must do it on your own, for that's exactly what I've felt like... alone. It's "anchor" for a reason... It's all in the name... pathetic. This place cannot be trusted.
