I had the Stellate ganglion block performed by Dr Hersh Patel in the Washington DC clinic. I chose to have the procedure done on both sides of my neck for maximum impact. The SGB rocedure was performed on my right side on Thursday and I came back on Friday for the procedure on my left side. The staff at the clinic (NP Charles Martinez and nurses Janee Parry and Kenia Reyes) were incredibly warm and reassuring. I had heard many success stories and given my lifelong general anxiety I had to give it a shot. As Ive aged the more Ive realized I cant put a price on my mental health. For me, it has been a success. I have generally felt happier. I wake up with a lighter spirit, and I am not having the same physical reactions to my recurring stressors and to new stressors. My heart palpitations and shortness of breath in high anxiety moments have lessened. Its been a win so far for sure!

Incredible staff, space, and experience. The entire process was phenomenal and I highly recommend this protocol for anyone that is looking for extra support and guidance in tackling life with some more tools in their tool kit ;) I found this to be a safe space to further explore patterns. Wow! Field Trip Health exceeded any and all expectations. While the experience in and of itself is wildly enlightening, it was absolutely shaped, enhanced and all around wonderful because of Charles, Tamia, and Shannon. The space itself is zen and tranquil even when located in the epicenter of DC. The moss walls were a nice welcome and the rooms are personalized and pretty, I want one of the lovely recliner chairs for myself :) Charles and Tamia are experienced professionals and also made me feel extremely comfortable. The process was smooth, communication was very clear, and I look forward to returning. I strongly recommend Field Trip Health.
