I have worked at Therapeutic Links for about 4 years now and I genuinely enjoy a part of the team here. Florian is an amazing boss who really values her employees and tries to make the working environment fun and does her best to ensure that she is competitive with her pay and bonuses. We also get quarterly outings to make sure that we are connecting and bonding as a team.

The entire scheduling process with Therapeutic Links was frustrating. I was not sent the Telehealth information for 3 intake appointments. Yes, I had to schedule 3 intake appointments due to incorrect recording of my contact information, rescheduling, and lack of sending me dial in details. The administrative team also rescheduled me with a different therapist than the one I had requested without communicating that change to me. I found their communication and scheduling to be careless and inappropriate, if not harmful for a mental health clinic.

I have been a happy client here for over a year and I truly wont see myself going anywhere else! My therapist, Zyair has been of amazing help. Also, their front desk staff has always been so friendly and reliable. I can tell this office really cares for their clients.
