I've been with MBI since Green door got out of the business. I've been rediagnosed in the past and the last diagnosis was depression. Now they have in the system that I'm schizophrenic without being rediagnosed. I was always out patient and now all of a sudden I need more care then I ever needed these people are crooks trying make money off of people with differing abilities. This organization needs to be shut down ASAP!!!

I am dissapointed in my government doing business with crooks. MBI is not about their business their just in it for the money. I've been with them since Greendoor left the mental health business. I on team act four for nothing. They do nothing for me and bill insurance for hours they don't perform. The doctor she doesn't even perform psycho-therapy she just prescribes a shot. I haven't had a shot since January and the lady doesn't even call. When I did go to appointments she always had interns in there and don't bother to respect doctor and patient confidentuality. The whole organization is always in meetings just to do nothing. I think this organiuzation is insurance fraud. They are all africans with persons with dissabilities personal information and I don't trust this company. The government does not care who they do business with. Shame on Capital Hill.

It's about appointment time they need to keep there appointment had a 1:30 and we sat there for about an hour or more. This is crazy
