Legal Counsel for the Elderly

These people DO NOT help the elderly AT ALL. They NEVER answer the phone, they NEVER provided assistance for My family member. Ms. Feiok was the worst EVER --- either she was NEVER available, she'd lost My paperwork that was sent to her multiple times over a period of months. She then had the nerve to finally contact Me in 11/23 to state that there would be NO assistance to My family member -- after I'd been attempting to solicit services for 7 months. JUST WASTED MY TIME ALL THE WHILE MY family member is slowly losing life with COVID, and is pending eviction. I guess thay don't help the poor and minorities. Smh!

The organization is a joke. They collaborate with SSA who already is stealing your money. They're just like everyone else in this world believing when you are over 60 years old you have Dementia, Alzhemeir's, Senility. Look whose running the country. And they do absolutely nothing to assist you but throw in your face it's free. Nothing in life is free. To them it's all a joke. But when you are of the Black Race, what can you expect. I should know. No response is necessary. It's never going to get any better! As a suggestion you might want to change your change your motto. 1st Amendment.

Very helpful staff. Even if they cannot directly help you they provide you with resources of possible help. Very nice in speaking with you and not rushing you.

I never got a callback nor could I make an appt. I'm out of the region today, I'll return in a week hopefully. I need assistance with a case filed pro se, securing documents while homeless and a limited victim, and general legal counsel and representative in personal matters I request. Karen J Rollins
