This firm is simply the best! They keep you informed with regular emails plus personal emails directed only to you to ask how you are, if there is anything they can do to help or just to say hello. Suzanne has called me personally to make sure Im doing ok and we always end up having the most fun conversation! Theyre very informative and will explain everything to you in laymans terms you can understand, not lawyer talk that goes right over your head! LOL! Theyre professionalism is above and beyond and they keep you informed of all the goings on behind the scenes that were not aware of that will affect the outcome of each and every case. I would recommend this firm to anyone that has medical issues due to the wrong doings of big corporate! Theyre response time is spot on, even thru Covid, if you called, they answered or returned your call in a timely fashion or sent an email, even when they didnt have good news. Cause let's face it, fighting big corporate isnt always good news! I pray for each and every women this has affected by this and hope we all have a better life because of this firm! I cannot thank you all enough!
