        So, Ive been going in to the smoothie king on 14th and U for a while now its across the street from my job. Its been at least 3 months since the last time Ive visited the store and today when I walked in the young lady ringing me up remember me and she knew what I ordered the last time and I could not. She is always so friendly and pleasant with great customer service Thank you Quita. Ill be back

        My experience with the employee who took my order was excellent but what I witnessed from another employee giving bad customer service to two customers he didnt acknowledge them they were so confused as to who was taking their order because he literally just stared at them his fingers were in his mouth he was biting his nails no mask even though its mandated in DC and he had a very nonchalant attitude.
