        Leticia was so helpful! I came in on a weekend visit not expecting to buy anything and not being very familiar with the brand. Leticia was so pleasant and chatty and we got to talking and I ended up buying one of their classic silver and gold rings. I will definitely be visiting next time I am in the area!

        Ring continuously loses diamonds. Have been in store had diamonds replaced multiple times and paid for them. Asked for alternatives/exchanges just any other options I can pay for etc was asked to email the managers. No response. Three emails sent over 90 days. Will never go back and bought replacement ring at Tiffanys.
