        I have been a satisfied client of Fidelity for over ten years with two different employers 401k retirement accounts. The customer service is excellent over the phone as well as in person. The staff is personable and knowledge in various financial products. I love Fidelity!

        YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Do not bank with Fidelity Investments. Go to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website and you will see how many people complaint consistently. The Washington, DC branch assistant manager of this office is rude, unprofessional and completely unhelpful. This branch along with the Fidelity deserve 0 stars. Do not believe me? Do your research online.
