        Every time I need to do something with Comcast, it appears like this shop can't help me. Their system is usually down, the wait time is 30 minutes, and they never have the proper cable boxes. I've walked to this place from my job three times, and there's always something.

        Anthony is absolutely amazing!!!!!!! He has the best customer service ever. He was able to resolve all my issues and made sure I understand all my options . I will be back because of him

        Today, 3.10. 24, two employees in the 7th St. NW, DC, Xfinity store, including the manager, wouldn't answer this simple question: Have you ever heard of a program which upgrades a customer's Xfinity router in exchange for their old Xfinity router? I don't work at Xfinity, but I've heard of such a program. I kept asking, they continued in their refusal, insisting it wasn't a yes/no answer situation. I grew frustrated and they asked me to leave the store without checking in the old router, but I held it up to the Xfinity store security cameras and declared I was leaving it anyway. I can only conclude that these two employees had tied up the real Xfinity employees in the rear area and taken over the store in sort of, uh, caper. Check your store cameras.
