Hello Shaniqua, thanks for your feedback. Our mission is to provide ease of buying insurance for our clients. I understand the policy issued does not cover certain aspects of your business. Underwriters from insurance companies, go through your website to tailor proper coverage. In your case they addressed everything on the website. Apparently some of the elements of the coverage you pointed out, is not on your website. Hence it was not included. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
