Terrible service. I order my items in advance and every time I come here, I still have to wait AT LEAST 15 minutes additional just to get my items. Doesnt make sense at all. Theres no point of doing a pickup from here because it still wont be ready.

Unfriendly staff. No toilets open to the public. Don't give water despite my 3 year old complaining of being thirsty. I will not come back !

This cold stone location is so ghetto I asked for the surrender to strawberry flavor and instead of give me the yellow cake in the ice cream she gave me graham cracker crust! And the whipped cream was sooo little this location is terrible and NEEDS too be closed!

The lady that works here has too much attitude for me. I recently went to one in Virginia and ordered a Waffle Cone with 2 scoops of ice cream.. Came here and she said that's not how they do it here.

March 8th 2024 (my birthday) at 7:30 pm I encountered the most unprofessional and volatile staff at this location. The male making my order was upset when I asked him for brownie in my ice-cream. He said that they ran out. When we got to the register he did not know how to work the machine. Taking his frustration on us. He finally asked a female coworker for help but she got mad at him for asking for help. Her being mean to him made him more rude to us. Since it was my birthday I wanted a cake. We said that we wanted one and they both rolled their eyes. Then said with an attitude that it will cost 60 or 70 dollars. ( it cost 30) we couldn't understand why they would not want to sell us a cake. They also did not honor my birthday BOGO and made us pay full price. I couldn't even enjoy the ice cream because the kit-kat in it was so spolied it tainted the taste of everything. All I wanted for my birthday was my favorite ice cream but that experience ruined everything. I will not be returning to this location. So disappointed.
