ABA has been my Health Care workers for over one year. Lately they have fail to provide workers for seven day a week

They discriminate against anyone who is not from the place as them. They give you the hardest patients to deal with. Ms. Passy does not listen to her workers complaints. Very rude and unprofessional.

Very bad company. How can you terminate someone from being absent from work for just one day even after taking permission and letting you know.

Your services of Home Health Aide Agency is being terminated due to poor personal care performance and lack of communication. My health conditions is carefully regulated with high risk of my immune system problems and exposing me to multiple aide is risky . I have noted several problems with your service. As a result, I will be terminating your services effective immediately. As an unsatisfied patient murmured of your inadequate service of home health aides , slow response times and disrespectful answers I started to review your actions more carefully. After collecting evidence, my case manager discussed my health service problems with me. You still did not improve your conduct. This has lead us to terminate your home heath care services effective immediately.

Looking seriously for another company. My mother's aid informed her that she's wouldn't be in today or Wednesday and the company was no clue that she's absent and has no one to cover for her. The aid shift is from 7am until 8pm it is now 9:45am and nobody has called or come in. I do not recommend this company at all.
