I have been here several times but have not reviewed and am not likely to return. The people are nice but don't seem to care about what you want to do with your hair. I asked for a trim and had 4 inches taken off. I'm not happy with the outcome. Hair cutter put loads of product (mousse?) in and it won't wash out. I come here because it is inexpensive but I don't think the savings is worth the annoyance/frustration of getting a haircut i don't like. Service: Haircut

I have been a great clips customer for around 10 years, but this was my first time at this location. They are lucky I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 star. The cutters literally didn't want to even hear what I wanted (and my haircut was simple, a bowl cut), then did not do what I wanted. I simply wanted clippers on the sides and up to a certain height, and then a single length on top with scissors. I checked in on the app and arrived. The first person who was going cut my hair said they didn't know what a bowl cut was. While I tried explaining it to her (short on sides, single length on top). She said "Oh..let me let her (a more experienced cutter) do it, because she's better at that type of thing." So I said okay and went and sat down again and she took the next person. By the time the more experienced cutter was free, another person ahead of me in the queue of the app arrived, so the experienced cutter took that person. It was a bit unfair to me that the first cutter didn't just take me, and then I ended up waiting until a third cutter. I tried explaining to third cutter how high up the sides I wanted things short, and to keep things long at the top, and she told me NOT to tell her, that I could explain to her when she was doing the top. I said "Okay, but what I am trying to tell you is only want it short up to here," and indicated with my hand "and long above that." But she LITERALLY did not pay attention to me and then said something like "I got you." Then she started cutting and ignored what I told her -- she removed the complete side. (Think like a punk cut, not like a bowl cut). I was upset but tried to behave happy. She spent the time talking to the first cutter and not asking me how I wanted things at the back of my neck etc. Since she cut off my hair way higher than I wanted, I gave a $2.50 tip. Then she went and told the first cutter that I only tipped 2.50 and the first cutter said "That's what I thought would happen, I had a feeling." But I only gave the bad tip because she literally didn't listen to me when I simply said how high on my head the hair should be made short up to! She didn't even try to give me what I wanted! Obviously my review is long due to both rudeness and bad service on their part. To be fair to them, the final haircut looks okay, but it's not the one I wanted.
