Foxtrot

Cute store. I expect things to be over priced in this area, but I also expect the food to be good. It was basic and underwhelming and on top of that, my salad didn't have all of the ingredients as listed.

What happened to the store in Navy Yard? The selection there has gone way downhill since it first opened, especially compared to other Foxtrots in the area. They no longer have sushi, have very few options for fresh salads and meals, and dont restock dry goods or bottled beverages. Disappointing. Customer service is a chatbot and reviews here get the same stock answer.

I love this little grocery store! If I am feeling the mighty need for snacks I will go here and pick a few items up. The collection of Foxtrot candies and sweets is super fun! They have all these little baggies of gummies and brownies that are super yum. They also of a decent collection of wines and sparkling wines (champagne as well) if one is interested in that.

I don't understand why Foxtrot has such a low review for how it actually is. I've been to a couple of Foxtrots in the city and this one in Navy Yard is the best! Super clean and has a nice view.

I keep trying to love the coffee here because they have a great membership deal which is free. You get a free cafe drink (not smoothies) once a month with a $3 purchase. Every time I get a flavored latte I ask for half sweet and its still so sweet. Plus the flavors always taste super artificial. I wouldnt call them quality lattes. I got a gingerbread latte today and it tasted like a cinnamon red hot candy was dissolved into my drink. I also dont feel like the espresso machine is dialed in correctly. They have lots of different snacks to try and its cute in there so I would cowork from there if I didnt have to be in the office. Ill still go to get my monthly free drink, but im usually disappointed with it.
