Rodman's

As a native Washingtonian, I will never shop at Rodman again. The experience was subpar and uninspiring. As I left, I was sad at the poor level of staff training and the quality of the experience, then to be told by the parking attendant that my receipt was not proof enough that I shopped there that I had to go back in to self-service stamp my parking, I asked for a manager. Four staff members are pretended they did not understand English. I waited for 10 minutes and a manager never arrived. Ill buy my wine at Calvert Woodley. Thank you very much.

I came here with my girlfriend and wanted to buy a wine to start our weekend. But after selecting the bottle I wanted, this older man started following me through the store. He asked how old I was and I told him 23. Ive bought my alcohol here before and didnt have a problem, but he smirked at me and acted like he knew better. By this point, I tried avoiding him but realized he sent his friend to follow me on the opposite side of the isle. I do not joke for a second when I say these two literally stalked me the entire time I was shopping. They stood over the lady at the register. They stared at me when I left the store and started fussing with each other over it. This is harassment and nothing less. We got our wine and it was good, but my night was already ruined. Dont sell alcohol if you dont know how to do it professionally. Following a young woman through the store is inappropriate by all means and this is unacceptable behavior that certainly wouldnt have happened were I a man. Do better.
