I called about bonsai pots, a representative by the name Cole/Coal answered. Very nice person, checked up on inventory for me. Good customer service. Definitely going.

I will not be going back here due to the poor customer service. The lady at the register was rude and dismissive towards me. Upon coming to the register I put my item on the counter, said hello, and she said Is that it? in a very snarky tone. It made me uncomfortable. She then asked me if I wanted a receipt or bag, I took a second to decide and told her Id just take the receipt. She then took it upon herself to correct me, and snarkily said Please? I was so caught off guard by this, it was so rude when all I was trying to do was purchase an item from this store. She then silently ran the transaction and gave me my receipt, didnt thank me for my purchase or anything. But I made sure to tell her thank you, all I got was a Youre welcome. Im not sure what her issue was with me, but it felt targeted because she was very friendly to the people in front of me who spent a lot more money. Ive worked in customer service for 8 years, I have never been that rude to a customer - do better.

Large selection of indoor/outdoor plants, plant and gardening related items, and helpful and knowledgeable staff. They will pot your new or old plants for a small fee. It's a neighborhood staple and great place to stop for your plant needs. Parking can be a challenge, however, you can usually find a spot on 11th or I Street no more than a block away.
