On one of my chairs the back piece started to release from the plastic holder.
I submitted a warranty claim as instructed by their parts department.
No place to upload photos only a brief description of the issue.
The only thing I received was a warranty denial. I would expect customer service to reach for photos or more detail..they didnt.
I only received what looked to be an automated denial response.
With so many furniture manufacturer in the market, I had to look elsewhere.
Happy to report I just furnished my home office with Flexispot products.
I was able to call and speak to a human that was more than happy to assist with my selection.
