I had a great experience working with Karen to design custom closets for my daughters new home. Karen was able to create a design that transformed odd shaped closets in to ultra useable spaces. She exhibited creativity and patience as we changed our minds and went back and forth until the final design. Overall process was superb. I highly recommend.

Sebastian was a great help in designing the Elfa office space. Everything was simple and easy. I had to change the delivery and installation time, both of which were very simple to do.

Horrific. This is my second time doing an online pickup order and 24 hours later its still not ready. Im in the store, walking around trying to find anyone to help, calling the number over and over again with no answer not sure what happened to this place, but wow its terrible.

I got two storage closets (elfa) designed and installed, using in-person in-store design help and Container Store's installation service. Very pleased with the process and the results. Both Destiny the designer and Gary the installer (Tenley/DC) are helpful and friendly. My only advice is measuring your closets carefully and workout the dimensions of the components your want, including vertical space between shelves. The vertical distance isn't noted in the drawings so be extra careful to make sure they are what you want. One related thing. If your top shelf isn't all the way to the ceiling, the 60" hang standard works well and looks cleaner. They tend to want to use the 84". I had two cloth closets designed and installed by the California Closets. I like those as well. But decided to go with elfa for storage closets because elfa is more flexible and storage needs may change over time.
