Very unprofessional ambulance drivers and attendants. Google does not accurately portray ratings and I do believe these businesses do ask people to put in ratings

I live on Massachusetts Ave. I had a medical emergency that I couldnt resolve but the EMS came THREE times before one of the EMS professionals insisted and was correct that I go to the ER. I believe that the action of those EMS began the process that saved my life. I still have no idea names or ranks of these individuals but I want to commend and thank them.
